This page explains what data Cuadra keeps, what it is used for and how you can ask for it to be deleted.
Who we are
Cuadra is a system for restaurants (mycuadra.com): dining room, kitchen, payments and finance in one place.
What data we keep
- If you use Cuadra: your name and username, your restaurant's details and what you enter in the system (menu, orders, bills, stock, suppliers and transactions).
- If you visit the website: technical data about the visit (pages viewed, device, approximate country). We use the Meta Pixel to measure our ads.
- If you message us on WhatsApp: your number, your profile name and the messages.
What we use it for
To run Cuadra, to support you, to answer when you message us and to measure and improve our ads. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
Only with the services we need to run: the server where Cuadra lives, Meta (WhatsApp and ads) and the AI provider behind the assistant, which receives only what it needs to answer.
How long we keep it
While your account is active or as long as needed for what you asked us. Then we delete it, except what the law requires us to keep.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time.
How to ask us to delete your data
Message us and we delete your data within 30 days. We let you know when it is done.
Send a WhatsApp to +54 9 11 3934-5714 with the text “Delete my data” and your Cuadra username or the number you messaged us from.
