What is Cuadra?
Software for restaurants that brings together the dining room, kitchen, checkout, stock and finance, with an AI assistant. Every order the waiter takes reaches the kitchen and ends up in the business's accounts.
What kind of business is it for?
Restaurants, bars, grills, cafés and pizzerias, with tables, a counter, takeaway or delivery.
Which devices does it run on?
In the browser of a phone, tablet and computer. It installs as an app and there is no special hardware to buy.
Which languages and currencies?
Spanish, English, Portuguese, Latvian and Russian. Each restaurant works in its own country's currency, and each person picks their language.
How it is used
How much does Cuadra cost?
There are three plans, in US dollars, per location, per month: Operations US$ 29.99, Finance US$ 49.99 and Complete US$ 75.99. The AI assistant, WhatsApp for guests and multiple locations are in Complete.

How long does it take to get started?
Create the restaurant, load the menu from a photo, set up recipes and opening stock, and add your team. The tutorial shows the whole process in 6 minutes.
Can I have several locations?
Yes. One person signs in to all their restaurants with a single user, and each one keeps its own numbers. Multiple locations are in the Complete plan.
Does each person have their own user and permissions?
Yes. Each person has the role of waiter or administrator, and separately can have no access to Finance, view only, or edit.
Do I need to know accounting?
No. Cuadra makes the journal entries by itself and shows the numbers in plain words.
What it does and does not do
Does Cuadra take card payments?
No. It records how each bill was paid; the payment itself goes through your card terminal or your bank.
Does it issue tax invoices?
No. It prints the bill for the table, but it does not issue tax invoices and is not a fiscal cash register.
How does it work out the cost of dishes?
With recipes and the weighted average cost of each ingredient, which is updated with every purchase.
What does the AI assistant do?
It answers questions about the business with real data and can prepare records that you confirm before saving. It is in the Complete plan.
Does it take orders on WhatsApp?
Yes, if the restaurant turns it on: customers can place takeaway or delivery orders on WhatsApp, and managers can ask the assistant.
