Do I need a special screen in the kitchen?

No. Any tablet, phone or computer with a browser will do. Tickets can also be printed.

Does the bar see the kitchen's dishes?

No. Each station sees only the items that belong to it, and everything can be shown together when needed.

Can an item be cancelled after it was ordered?

Yes, from the table. The cancellation is recorded and taken off the sale.
