How does Cuadra work out the cost of a dish?
It adds up the recipe's ingredients at each one's weighted average cost. Every new purchase updates that average, so the cost follows the price you pay.
Do I have to count all the stock?
No. You can count only what you want to control, for example drinks, and see the difference for those items.
What if I sell something with no stock entered?
The sale is recorded anyway. When you enter the purchase, Cuadra adjusts the cost so the numbers add up.
Do I have to type in the menu?
No need. Cuadra reads the menu from a photo, a PDF or a link, and you review the dishes and prices before saving.
