Questions
Do I need to buy hardware?
No. Cuadra runs in the browser of a phone, tablet or computer and installs as an app. To print order tickets and bills you use an 80 mm thermal printer.
Does every waiter have their own user?
Yes. Each person signs in with their own user and role, waiter or administrator.
Does it work for bar or counter sales?
Yes. Besides tables, every bar sale can be opened with an optional name for the customer. A place without tables can work only this way.
What about items that are not charged, like something on the house?
An item can be marked as complimentary from the table. It is recorded with its cost, even though nobody pays for it.
